- Alcohol: This game alludes to the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
- Deviant Behavior: The player may play the role of a social deviant, such as a thief. Indeed, as a dungeon crawl, the whole game can be thought of us a grand exercise in breaking and entering!
- Drugs: This game alludes to the use of entheogenic drugs (such as alchemical potions), most often in the context of magic.

Additionally, one of the characters is rendered as a classical Greco-Roman ithyphallic Satyr. In all cases, the use of nudity to depict characters in this game is directly inspired by their antecedents in Greek, Roman and Celtic art, and by the way nudity is conceptualized as a mode of practicing magic in modern neo-pagan beliefs.
- Religious Themes: This game features elements of pagan and neo-pagan religious beliefs and customs that some people may find uncomfortable or even offensive; and some of the main NPCs may speak disparagingly of monotheistic beliefs and religions.
- Violence: This game depicts graphical images of violence, such as spurting blood and animated dying bodies. Over the course of the game, the successful player will no doubt kill dozens and even hundreds of creatures, some of which appear quite human.
